Waverley Training and Events is part of CWR, a Christian organisation founded by Selwyn Hughes in 1965. Our vision, then as now, is to help Christians apply God’s Word to everyday life and relationships.
Waverley Abbey House in Farnham, Surrey, UK, is our headquarters and the place where many of our training courses and events are presented. We also offer Waverley Abbey House as a venue for other organisations to use, both residentially and on a daily basis (see conferencing).
Waverley Abbey House is a beautiful Georgian house situated just two miles south of Farnham in tranquil scenery, beside a lake and in view of the ruins of the ancient Waverley Abbey. The undisturbed peace and beauty makes it a wonderful place to meet with God, to relax and to take in all you have come for.
