• CWRewards is designed to reward CWR’s Online Store account holder customers for shopping on CWR’s Online Store. A person becomes a CWR Online Store account holder customer by creating an account on CWR’s Online Store.
  
  
• Every time a CWR Online Store account holder shops on CWR’s Online Store 5% of their total order value will be added to their CWR Online Store account. Any monies added to a CWR Online Store customer’s account can then be used by that customer to make future purchases from CWR’s Online Store (subject to the other terms of this agreement).
  
  
• CWRewards is only available for, and limited to, CWR Online Store account holder customers, and no registration to this rewards programme is required.
  
  
• CWR Online Store account holder customers who opened a CWR Online Store account prior to the launch of CWRewards on 6th March 2009 will not receive 5% of any orders they placed before this date.
  
  
• Monies accrued from CWRewards can only be used to purchase products listed on CWR’s Online Store, and have no monetary value outside of CWR’s Online Store and cannot be exchanged for cash (subject to the other terms of this agreement).
  
  
• CWRewards points cannot be applied to the purchase of CDs, DVDs, calendars, perpetual calendars or DVD resource packs. Customers will however receive CWRewards points when they purchase these items.
  
  
• CWR reserves the right to exclude or remove any product from CWRewards, so that CWR Online Store customers do not receive 5% of any payment for these items.
  
  
• CWR Training Courses and events, donations, postage and packing are exempt from CWRewards, so CWR Online Store customers will not receive 5% of any payment for these items. Nor will they be able to use any monies accrued from CWRewards to make a payment for these items.
  
  
• CWR Online Store customers will be given the option to spend the CWRewards monies within their account every time they make a purchase on CWR’s Online Store.
  
  
• Where a customer chooses to spend this money, they must use the total monies accrued in their CWR Online Store account. It is not possible to use a portion of this money.
  
  
• Spending these monies will reduce the CWRewards balance to ‘£0’, whether the purchase is less or more than the CWRewards monies in the customer’s account.
  
  
• CWR agree to operate CWRewards until 31st December 2009 and prior to this date, CWR Online Store account holder customers will have the right to spend any monies they accrue, by way of this rewards programme.
  
  
• CWR reserves the right to cancel CWRewards prior to 31st December 2009, but agrees to give CWR Online Store account holder customers 1 months’ emailed notice of any such cancellation.
