*Where did you hear about this course?

Every week we may shake hands with someone who has deep hurts – and never know it, all because we fail to spot the signals that people give out when they are hurt or discouraged.

This powerful seminar will enable you to really care for others and demonstrate the love of Christ to them.

  • How to recognise discouraged people and what to say to them
  • How to be sensitive without being intrusive
  • How to get a reluctant person to open up
  • How to show you care
  • How to build rapport with a person
  • The awesome power of the right words
  • Why the mind is the biggest single factor in producing spiritual change
  • Why it's not what happens to us but how we perceive it that's important
  • How to assist people in handling troublesome thoughts and how to stop such thoughts dead in their tracks
  • Why the things we say to ourselves are so influential for good or bad.

Ideal for

Those involved in pastoral care and other Christians seeking to understand how to show God's love to others.
