Life is a one-way street – this book challenges us to be sure we are travelling in the right direction.
Clearly written with abundant examples from films, literature, TV and personal experience, the author's expressed purpose – to introduce the reader to 'a life to die for' – is compellingly argued.
From the Bond-esque cover we travel through ten chapters, replete with earthed-out practical advice, each of which concludes with a helpful summary reminding us of what we have read, plus action questions to mull over, and a challenge to consider related issues.
The paragraph on 'the soul' is too brief for such a subject, and the discourse on 'hearing God speak to us one to one' will probably raise a few evangelical eyebrows.
A good read that will particularly encourage those who have recently completed Alpha-style courses.
