Accounts Assistant – Receipting/Gift Aid
Salary: £7,320–£7,440 per annum for 15 hours (3 days) per week
(Full-time equivalent: £17,680–£17,967)
Location: Waverley Abbey House, Farnham, Surrey.

We have an opening within our Accounts team for a part-time Accounts Assistant – Receipting/Gift Aid.
This role involves processing the daily receipting of incoming monies and the preparation of items for banking, inputting information onto the computerised accounts package, matching receipts against items paid, following up and resolving any queries that arise and filing work as it is completed.
The role also involves the preparation and submission of regular Gift Aid claims including the checking of wording of appeals to ensure gift aid regulations are adhered to.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful applicant will be proficient in Excel and have experience of working in a financial environment.
Knowledge of HMRC Gift Aid regulations would be desirable.
Though this role does not carry a genuine occupational requirement to be a Christian, the applicant will appreciate that CWR is a Christian organisation, and would therefore be working in a Christian environment.
